UNSPOKEN WORDS

~~~~~~~
Unspoken words tell the heart's saddest story
Unspoken words from the heart are sincere
Mere words off the tongue, like a sword hit their target
But unspoken words are not simple, nor mere
Unspoken words are disguised in sarcasms
Unspoken words will flow straight from the heart
Heart releasing its Love or releasing such hatred
Imbedding in spirit truth, not to depart
The tongue holds such strength and an imminent power
Tongue works for evil as well as for Good
Tongue can speak Love to a heart that needs Comfort
But unspoken Love, often misunderstood.
Slurs off the tongue cut and linger forever
The survivor will hide behind feintest of smile
But heart that is wounded brings most unsure actions
Then boldness of Spirit becomes 'nother trial.
Spirit indwells in flesh all through a lifetime
And Spirit with spirit will always commute
Unspoken words take on meaning, with groanings
Deep inside heart unspoken words will impute
Yea, unspoken words can surely grieve Spirit
Evil's own tactic of hate and disdain
But greater is He who is in you, my brothers
Than the world's vast uncaring that brings the heart pain.
____________
Acts 8:22
Repent therefore of this thy wickedness,
and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart
may be forgiven thee.
~
Psalms 34:13-15
Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile.
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
and his ears are open unto their cry.
PEACE I GIVE UNTO YOU.
YOUR COMFORTOR HAS COME!
