IT'S ALL RIGHT

One day as I sat pondering
Without a joy or smile
God spoke to me so gently, said
"Look there my precious child"

My eyes then saw a tiny ant
He'd fall - then rise again
The load he carried - much too big
It overpowered him

Then saw I another ant
Come running - I behooved
The two of them together pulled
And that great load did move!

Isn't it amazing
When two creatures act as brothers
Can move a mighty obstacle
They just need one another

So hard you've struggled, precious child
You've formed a fist so tight
So long your fist you've shook at world
Your knuckles have turned white

Now open up that tightened fist
Relax right where you stand
I'm reaching for you my dear child
Let Father take your hand

I've been right there your whole life through
When quietly you wept
I've guided you through every day
Protected as you slept

So much my child you do not know
Too much to comprehend
But let's go back to those first years
So broken heart can mend

Your little heart required much love
You reached for love to take
But love you gave was not returned
Thus tiny heart did break

Perfection was expected
From little child so small
You performed quite well it seemed
No one saw the wall

The wall you started building then
'Round heart, but now you shout
"It hurts too bad to let you in
But now I can't get out!"

But you and I together can
Tear that old worn wall down
Thus place on face a happy smile
Wipe off the anguished frown

Give your burdens unto Me
Dare finally to live
How do you do this you might ask
My child - you must forgive

Forgive all those who let you down
Just name them one by one
In Jesus' name forgive them
And the victory is won

Know others wounds are also deep
Inside them their own child
They cover oh so carefully
Know this and treat them mild

Express your love - don't hold it back
Reach out and gently hold
The love you freely give away
Will come back seven fold

Satan thinks he's done what he
Desired child from the first
But if you honor what I say
We'll break his evil curse

It's all right now - it's quite all right
Relax and just let go
See others in a brand new light
Because I love you so

If you were judged then you will judge
Repeating same refrain
Generation unto other
You become what you are trained

Do not expect perfection
That on earth you'll never see
There is One that's perfect
And that One, my child, is ME

I Am Love - and Love can heal
And Love can make things right
I'll always be there - always care
I AM your strength and might

So once again I say, child, "Love"
Put all your faith in Me
I've spoken Truth to you dear one
And Truth shall set you free.
