~ LORD, IS THERE BALM IS GILEAD? ~
from a heart that grieves over sin's desecration of God's Holy Word

Tell me, Master, tell me
Is there Balm in Gilead?
Comfort me, my Master
For my heart is feeling sad

Inside me, there is Peace and Joy
But tears still fall as rain
Inside me is sweet Silence
From the roar on earth's terrain

As evil travels to and fro
So eager to devour
Wounds do pain and bleed awhile
Until the Balm brings Power

It pains to look upon a world
Where evil's roars do quake
Please give me Words, like fiery darts
To war for my Lord's sake!

I walk on earth where evil roars
And hurt and pain abound
Is there a Balm of Healing
That all who know have found?

Please tell, does Balm of Gilead
Have Strength and Mighty Power?
When I step boldly in Your Name
Is there Safety in Strong Tower?

As old lion slinks from thicket
My Spirit will not sway
I fire darts at his roarings
I stand in old lion's way!

For this, I gird in sackcloth
For this, lament and howl
I fast with face washed shiny clean
I smile...I do not scowl

I war against the athiests
Our public voice, they chide
Nay! My voice is raised in highest praise!
MY JESUS, FOR ME, DIED!

I war against two men in sex
God warned..."Abomination!"
Group marriages...made legal?
Such sin destroys our Nation!

I war against those who abuse
A precious child, so dear
God said if you abuse a child
Your knees should bend in fear!

I war against drug dealers
Destroyers of pure life
If you are one who gives out drugs
To your throat, you hold knife!

I come against all government
That has put God aside!
I stand up tall, and speak out loud
In God we must abide!

I war against sin on this earth!
My Father trains me well
In armor, Jesus is my shield
As I face the force of hell

Brothers, join my army
For end times draw so near
Rescue our family from the clutch
Of evil...and don't fear!

If we unite in numbers great
Bombarding evil's den
We'll get laws changed, as we make noise
Through God, we'll surely win!

Only by the Grace of God
Our land, from war, is calm
I grieve, for sin brings dangers now
BUT IN GILEAD (JESUS), THERE'S BALM!

Jude 1:4-11

For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day, even as Sodom and Gomorah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities. Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee. But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves. Woe unto them!

Jude 1:17-25

But beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; how that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some have compassion, making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.
