~ How 'Bout Me? ~

"LOVEST THOU ME? THEN FEED MY LAMBS!"John 21:15
~
You smile upon the wedded saints
That worship, both with glee
So lovingly they add their touch
But brothers ~ How 'Bout me?
You praise the members gifted much
With talents that set free
Praise God for gifted saints that share
But preacher ~ How 'Bout Me?
The teachers share their knowledge
And their wisdom all can see
Everyone respects them so
But Shepherd ~ How 'Bout Me?
I see the saints assembling
Unconcerned as they can be
About this lonely lamb that cries
Oh Father ~ How 'Bout Me!
I seem so all alone, my Lord
In this crowd that claims to be
Filled with Love for all your sheep
Yet Master ~ How 'Bout Me?
I know the last shall be made first
With this my soul agrees
But Lord, my heart is breaking now
For not one cares for me
I see myself a small weak lamb
Knelt at my Master's feet
I'm looking up into his face
My eyes project defeat
But wait, what's this my eyes behold
My Savior I do see
And on His back, a tiny lamb
I look - THAT LAMB IS ME!
So even tho I feel so weak
And life sometimes seems long
My spirit has been lifted high
For Master's back is strongMary Kiker

Luke 15:4,5
What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he
loose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the
wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it.
