In darkness...so alone
Their little hearts called out for Love
They did not understandSo small and helpless - these sweet onesThey reached out for my hand
I reached - but could not touch themHow I struggled to draw nearTo take these babies in my armsAnd soothe away all fear
But evil placed a veil betweenThese little ones and meDeceiver, liar, murdererHe would not set them freeHe murdered in the Mother's wombAnd said, "It is alright"'Spoke harshest words - struck maiming blowsWorked evil in the night
But God in Heaven beamed His LightOn His Word and showed me"If any harm these little onesThey best be cast in sea"
Only God in HeavenCan put evil on the runTherefore we must call out to HimThrough Jesus - Precious Son
And so I now ask FatherTo draw me to a needTo give me power and wisdomSo I can intercede
If we as Christians will agreeAs touching the solutionGod through us can work His willUpon this great polution
We must stand up for battered childMust not close our eyesMust pray and learn legalitiesBe gentle, kind - but wise
Precious children - just know thisTho I can't touch you allThe body of Christ loves you soAnd at such - we're appalledPerhaps if our hearts hold you closeAnd prayers comfort in the nightYou'll feel our heartfelt Love, dear babesAnd it shall ease your fright
Abusers! Ask for Mercy!Tho there are reasons hearts grow coldYou must bow and ask forgivenessAnd make Heaven your' life's goal
Jesus said, "Let little ones come boldly unto MeAnd if you harm My little ones, best you be cast in sea"God loves the little children, and in His heart they're keptYou'll tremble at your' fate one day, if for your evil, JESUS WEPT!
